Evaluation of Two Websites Pertaining to Technology Use in the Classroom

The above listed website is one I chose to evaluate concerning my limited amount of knowledge with the Long Range Plan for Technology in the state of Texas. This website provides an amazing and almost overwhelming amount of information about this plan. It is highly organized and provides many links to the other information that is associated with this process. I recommend this for teachers at all levels as well as the administration. This website gives clear links to the various areas that support the process of the Long Range Plan and it is a reliable and valid source of the information that all Texas Educators need to be aware of. This website is a valuable tool to the 21st century information age education system since we need to maintain a professional, knowledgeable, life-long learner's approach to education on all levels and in all content areas. A weakness of the site is that it is not very interactive and the search feature is very confusing and laborious. But regardless of this minor glitch I recommend this site very highly to all Texas teachers.
